What You Will Do In this role, you will conduct market benchmarking and salary analysis, administer annual and merit cycles, and translate complex data into insights for senior leadership. You’ll partner closely with People Business Partners (PBPs), talent acquisition and business leaders, ensuring our pay practices are competitive, compliant and aligned with Scopely’s fast‑paced, innovative culture. - Design and administer compensation programs. Support the development and execution of base‑pay structures, annual/merit reviews, promotions, equity and incentive programs. Contribute to plan documents, policies and system enhancements to streamline processes. - Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys. Participate in survey submissions, perform market and cost analyses, and maintain salary ranges to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness. Identify compensation enhancements and recommend adjustments to keep Scopely ahead of market trends. - Analyze data and present insights. Use data analyses and cost comparisons to evaluate compensation and benefits policies; prepare reports and dashboards that communicate findings and trends to executives and HR leaders. Build reports, dashboards, and metrics and monitor the integrity and validity of the data reported - Ensure compliance and data integrity. Manage compensation reporting, audits and data‑integrity initiatives; document processes and maintain accurate records. - Drive continuous improvement. Identify and implement operational and system enhancements (e.g., in Workday) that improve efficiency and data accuracy. Monitor industry changes and adjust compensation strategies accordingly. What We're Looking For - 3+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, finance, accounting, compensation or a similarly applicable field. - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance or a related field. - Advanced quantitative skills with demonstrated ability to perform data and cost analyses. - Proficiency in Excel, Python/R and HRIS/compensation tools. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present compensation analyses and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, compelling manner. - Thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment; strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong English language skills are required for this role, as we have a highly diverse and global business Bonus Points - Experience in the gaming, tech or entertainment industry. - Workday experience. - CCP or similar certification. - Exper
