Visual Development Artist - AI & Generative Tools
This isn't a live vacancy - it's an invitation. Framestore's London studio is actively building relationships with artists who are working at the frontier of AI-assisted visual development, and we want to hear from you before the right role appears. We're the studio behind some of the most ambitious visual storytelling in cinema - from the creatures of Guardians of the Galaxy, How To Train Your Dragon, and Paddington to the worlds of Harry Potter, Project Hail Mary , and Wicked . Now we're building the next chapter, using AI not as a shortcut, but as a creative amplifier. Our proprietary tools - including Futon, our generative AI pipeline integration - are giving artists new ways to shape, iterate, and realise complex visuals at a pace and scale that wasn't possible before. We're looking for artists who feel at home in this space. Whether you're a concept artist who has built custom ComfyUI workflows, a matte painter who uses AI to explore compositional ideas, or someone whose practice has evolved in directions that don't fit the standard job description - we want to see what you're making. What we’re looking for - An AI-native creative approach: You use generative tools as a core part of your practice - not as a finishing step, but as part of how you think. You've built workflows, iterated on models, or found ways to generate imagery that genuinely pushes the work forward. - Strong visual foundations: A command of frame, composition, light, and colour that doesn't depend on the tool. Your AI-assisted work still reads as intentional, directed, and refined - because the craft underneath it is solid. - Curiosity about production pipelines: You're interested in how concept work informs downstream VFX - how a visual development image transitions into a 3D pipeline, how a lighting decision in concept shapes what gets rendered months later. You don't need to have worked in a major VFX studio, but you're interested in how it all connects. - A portfolio that shows your thinking: We care less about where you've worked and more about what you're making. Show us work that demonstrates how you solve visual problems. Process work, personal projects, and experimental output are all welcome. Tools we work with - Futon: Framestore's own ML & generative AI integration layer - built into our VFX pipeline. - ComfyUI: Node-based generative workflows. Experience here is a strong signal. - Nuke: Compositing environment used to build living, production-ready concept imagery. - Blender: Open-source 3D widely used for blocking, lighting, and generative AI integration via custom nodes. - Unreal / Realtime: Real-time render engines increasingly part of visual development workflows. - Gaussian Splatting: Frontier technique - experience or genuine interest is a plus. Send your portfolio and a short note about how you work to recruiters@framestore.com with the subject line: Visual Development — AI Talent Pool . There's no fixed deadline. We review applications on an ongoing basis and will reach out when a relevant opportunity arises. We review all applications manually and do not use artificial intelligence to screen candidates. We welcome applications from artists at all career stages. If you need any adjustmen

Senior AI Data & Analytics Engineer
Support us in Agentic Analytics for a New Mobile Game! We're not looking for someone who has "built a dashboard". We're looking for someone who already uses agentic workflows as a core part of how they work: Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, custom agents, MCP servers, skills, planning loops, review gates, and AI-assisted engineering. Someone with strong opinions on which AI workflows hold up in production and which fall apart when real decisions depend on the numbers. You'll bring that practice to the AI-native analytics ecosystem of a brand-new mobile game. You'll define how gameplay, monetization, attribution, and player behavior data are collected, structured, and transformed into trustworthy insights, automated reporting, and AI-powered analytics tools. You will work at the intersection of AI, analytics, and game development, building the data foundation of a new game from scratch. You'll define its technical direction and drive the evolution of its analytics and AI capabilities from concept to production. Unlike a traditional analytics role, you'll use agents to dramatically increase your throughput while remaining the architect, reviewer, and final owner of correctness. The agents generate volume; you provide judgement. YOUR MISSION Build the Data Foundation - Design and operate the end-to-end gameplay analytics ecosystem. - Define tracking, storage, processing, and reporting architecture. - Own data correctness and make judgement calls when quality checks flag anomalies. Drive AI-Native Analytics - Build the semantic layer that translates raw gameplay data into validated gameplay and business concepts. - Develop AI-driven automated reporting, dashboards, and insight-generation workflows. - Evaluate and implement AI tools, agents, and workflows that improve analytics speed, reliability, and depth. - Review AI-generated code and analytics on critical paths before they reach production. Generate Product Intelligence - Identify opportunities, risks, anomalies, and trends across gameplay and player behavior. - Support product, balancing, design, and leadership teams with data-driven recommendations. - Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights. Set the Agentic Bar - Help define how the wider engineering organization adopts agentic practices. - Establish standards for tooling, review processes, quality gates, and what "done" means when agents generate most of the implementation. YOUR BACKSTORY - Several years of experience building analytics or data-driven systems in production environments, ideally in gaming or mobile. - Deep comfort with LLMs, agents, and AI-assisted engineering workflows in production environments. - Hands-on experience using agentic workflows and AI coding tools in real-world projects. - The ability to discuss concretely how you: - structure prompts and context, - manage autonomous and multi-agent workflows, including when to intervene, - use MCP servers, custom tools, skills, or subagents, - review AI-generated code and queries without becoming a bottleneck. - Strong experience working with behavioral, transactional, or event-based da

Partnerships & Campaign Specialist
About GAMURS Group GAMURS Group is one of the largest independent gaming and entertainment media networks in the world. We own and operate 14 publications — including Destructoid, Pro Game Guides, Twinfinite, Siliconera, We Got This Covered, and The Mary Sue — reaching 30 million monthly readers. Our GAMURS Pulse first-party data platform lets brand partners reach precisely defined gaming audience segments, from cozy gamers to esports fans to lapsed franchise players. We work with game publishers, peripheral brands, and entertainment companies to build campaigns that reach the right players at the right moment — through custom editorial, display, newsletters, social, and video. With a diverse team spread across the globe, we run a dynamic, 24/7 operation that is continuously expanding through smart strategic acquisitions. We work hard, but we also believe in rewarding our people. When you join GAMURS, you step into a young, rapidly growing company that offers unlimited paid leave, flexible work environments, and generous bonus/benefits packages. The Role This is a dual-function position sitting at the intersection of business development and campaign execution. You will spend roughly half your time identifying and approaching new partners, and half your time ensuring that active campaigns run smoothly from kickoff to final report. The common thread between both sides of the role is a genuine, deep understanding of video games and gaming culture. You need to know genres, franchises, and audiences well enough to spot a fit before a client does — and to manage campaigns that speak to those audiences credibly. Key Responsibilities Outreach & Business Development You will be the first point of contact for a significant number of new partner relationships. Your job is to identify game publishers and brands whose audience needs match what GAMURS Group can deliver, and to open conversations that the sales team can develop into partnerships. - Prospect and research game publishers, peripheral brands, and entertainment companies that are a strong fit for GAMURS' audiences - Build targeted outreach using GAMURS Pulse audience data — for example, identifying that we reach 500,000,000 active RPG players monthly and connecting that to a publisher with an RPG in development - Write and send personalized outreach emails that lead with a relevant audience insight rather than a generic pitch - Follow up with supporting data, site overviews, and audience profiles to move prospects toward a call or meeting - Stay current on game release calendars, genre trends, and publisher activity so you can anticipate who needs to reach our audiences before they come to us - Hand off warm prospects to the Sales Director with clear context on the conversation to date Campaign Management Once the commercial team closes a campaign, you are responsible for making sure it goes live, runs as planned, and is flagged promptly if anything is off. This is not a passive role — good campaign managers catch problems before the client notices them. - Manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle from signed IO to final delivery report - Coordinate with editorial, ad ops, and social teams to ensure all campaign elements are trafficked and live on schedule - Monitor active campaigns across multiple dashboards, tracking pacing, delivery, and performance against KPIs - Proactively flag delivery issues early — if a campaign is pacing slowly two weeks before the end date, raise it then, not on the last day - Communicate campaign status clearly and regularly to bot

Full Stack Developer
About the job Our core belief at Fugo is that our potential grows with our team. With each new team member, we ensure that we have moved a step forward towards creating the highest quality mobile games possible. We build the internal platforms that power our games — the analytics, reporting, live-ops, and level-design tools our game, data, and marketing teams rely on every day. This is a junior role with real breadth. You'll work across the whole stack: shipping a React dashboard one day, writing a BigQuery query or wiring up a backend API the next — learning frontend, backend, and data engineering side by side, with plenty of support and room to grow. If you like owning a feature end to end, from the SQL that pulls the numbers to the button the user clicks, you'll fit right in. Desired Skills and Experience: - A solid programming foundation — from a CS/related degree, a bootcamp, internships, or serious personal projects. - Familiarity with at least one modern language (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar) and genuine eagerness to work full-stack. - Basic SQL and a real interest in working with data. - A general understanding of how web apps fit together — frontend, backend/API, and database. - Curiosity and a fast learning curve: you're excited to grow across frontend, backend, and data rather than specialize too early. - Clear communication and care for quality — in your code and in the tools you build for non-technical users. What you will do: - Build and maintain full-stack features — React + TypeScript on the front, Python + FastAPI on the back. - Write analytical queries over BigQuery: player behavior, level economy, funnels, retention, monetization. - Build data pipelines and scheduled jobs that pull from many sources (GA4, Firebase/Crashlytics, MySQL, ad networks, app-store APIs) and turn them into dashboards and reports. - Turn questions from game and marketing teams into practical, self-serve tools: interactive reports, visualizations, dashboards, editors. - Integrate internal and third-party APIs. - Grow into owning features end to end — design, build, ship, iterate. Nice to have: - Hands-on React, TypeScript, or Python - Coursework or projects involving SQL, databases, or data analysis - Comfort with Git and exposure to a cloud platform (Google Cloud or AWS) - Interest in mobile games or product analytics (funnels, retention, LTV) - Curiosity about LLM / AI tooling What you can expect from us: - Being a part of a passionate team - Opportunity to take initiative and bring new ideas - Enjoy coming to work every day and to have delightful stories to tell your family and friends
