Lead Designer (Unannounced Project)
Description
What will you be doing on a day-to-day basis? - Collaborate with Directors to define gameplay pillars that best realize the game vision, - Collaborate with other domain Leads to develop concrete, actionable solutions for challenges presented by the development process, - Lead a team of designers, providing mentoring and feedback, - Collaborate with other teams to develop key foundational systems, - Providing feedback to the overall gameplay, combat, systems, story and level design. What will help you succeed in this role? - Experience as Lead Designer or Design Director, - 8+ years of experience in game design (gameplay and/or systems). - Experience with combat design, - Experience and very good skills in managing a design team, - Ability to work in hybrid model in our office in Warsaw, - Experience with working on indie/AA and understand their limitations, capabilities and advantages, - Knowledge of both Polish and English at B2 level or above, - Ability to write good project documentation, - Ability to define technical requirements, - Ability to work within time and project constraints, - Very good communication skills, - Passion about games - you’re still playing in your free time and keep up to date with our industry. Nice to have - Experience with Unreal Engine.
