Marketing Lead - Europe
Marketing Lead (Europe) Location: Remote, Europe, full-time About the role Sky: Children of the Light is one of the most-played and most-loved games in the world. This is a rare opportunity to build Sky's marketing presence across Europe from the ground up. As our first dedicated hire in the region, you'll shape how millions of new players discover and fall in love with the game. As our Marketing Lead in Europe, you'll own Sky's marketing strategy and execution across the region. You'll build and run an always-on engine across social, creators, events and paid media, lead our specialist agency partners, and make sure our biggest moments land with the audience and impact they deserve. This role is both strategic and hands-on: you'll set the direction and also roll up your sleeves to deliver it. What you'll do - Own the European marketing strategy and its execution across our priority markets, beginning with the UK and France. - Lead our specialist agency partners across social, creators and events: setting the strategic direction and brand vision, and holding them to a high delivery bar. - Own and steward the regional marketing budget, allocating across channels and markets based on performance. - Build and run an always-on social and creator presence, grounded in Sky's brand positioning and consistent across markets. - Plan and deliver marketing support for major content moments, coordinating brand, creative, social, creators, events, paid media and UA into one coherent go-to-market. - Partner closely with the global marketing team to keep Europe aligned with the wider brand while adapting to local culture and audiences. - Establish the KPIs that define traction, report on performance, and use the data to sharpen what we do next. What you'll bring - 10+ years in marketing, with deep experience in social and creator, ideally in games, entertainment or a culturally-driven consumer brand. - A strong track record building brand and community, not just driving installs, with a feel for content that earns attention rather than buys it. - Experience owning a budget and managing agencies and external partners, getting great creative work out of them. - A strong cross-functional collaborator, skilled at stakeholder and relationship management across the global team and external partners. This is critical to the role. - Exceptionally organized, able to manage multiple channels, partners and markets at once without dropping quality. - Data-driven, comfortable setting KPIs, reading performance, and using insight to decide where to invest and what to change. - Fluency with European markets and cultures, and the judgement to know what travels and what needs to be local. - Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience presenting work to senior stakeholders. - A builder's mindset: happy to be hands-on, set things up from scratch, and operate independently. Nice to have - Working knowledge of French, or another European language. - Experience with cozy, social, or community-driven games and audiences. - Familiarity with both brand and performance marketing, and how the two work together. What success looks like in Year 1 - The UK and France launched, with localised channels and agency partners live and performing. - Our major content moments supported in region with dedicated local marketing for the first time. - A clear, evidenced picture of what works, setting up a confident decision on what comes next. We look forward to meeting you! Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the European Region. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time. The salary range for this position is $80,000 USD to $151,000 USD annually. This will be paid in your local currency. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices. Our base pay is benchmarked against regional market and industry data and is adjusted to reflect the cost of living in your specific geographic area. #LI-Remote

Regional Creative Lead, NA, EMEA & LATAM Location: Remote in NA, EMEA, LATAM About the role Sky: Children of the Light is one of the most-played and most-loved games in the world, known for its art, music and emotional depth. This is a rare opportunity to shape Sky's creative presence across three regions: North America, EMEA and LATAM. Working hand in hand with our regional marketing leads, you'll shape how Sky shows up in our marketing across very different cultures, reaching millions of players. You'll be a creative director and a hands-on maker in equal measure. You'll lead creative concepts from insight through to execution, direct the work of our agency partners and internal teams, and produce work yourself across graphics, video and event assets. Above all, you'll make sure everything feels unmistakably like Sky while resonating locally in each region, holding one global brand together across three culturally distinct regions and their individual markets. What you'll bring - 10+ years in creative roles spanning design, video and social-first content, with a strong, versatile portfolio and the hands-on skills to take work from concept to finished asset yourself. - Proven experience setting creative vision and raising the quality bar across internal teams and multiple agency partners, ensuring cohesive, on-brand execution. - A strong cross-functional collaborator and communicator, able to build trusted relationships and present work to senior stakeholders across global brand, global creative, regional marketing and external partners, working across time zones. This is critical to the role. - Experience creating culturally relevant work across multiple regions or markets, with a feel for what stays global and what must be local. - Experience producing creative for live events and experiential activations. - Exceptionally organized, able to manage multiple regions, partners and workstreams at once without dropping quality. - A sharp eye for brand consistency, and a feel for what performs on social and with creators, not just what looks good in isolation. Nice to have - Experience creating for games, entertainment, or culturally-driven consumer brands. - Motion design, or in-game capture and editing skills. - Experience producing creative for live events and experiential activations. - Working knowledge of a second language relevant to our regions, such as French or Spanish. What success looks like in Year 1 - A clear, consistent creative identity applied across NA, EMEA and LATAM, adapted to each region. - Agency partners and internal teams producing work to a high, on-brand standard under your direction. - A strong body of creative work that supports major moments and always-on marketing across regions, delivered efficiently and consistently.
