Role Overview 👀
You will be responsible for ensuring sound financial management, maintaining the company’s financial health, and supporting our strategic growth.
Your missions:
1/ Financial reporting:
- Elaborate the monthly reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and support for Board / Management reporting.
- Monthly budget review and analysis of forecasts.
- Manage internal audit (mainly at margin level).
- Follow-up main internal KPIs (finance, publishing, acquisition).
- Review performance per game and at contributive level.
2/ Cash Flow Management:
- Optimization of working capital requirement (supplier payment, cash collection).
- Monitoring of treasury placement and FX exposure.
3/ Financial Management:
- Elaborate the monthly closing of accounts with our external accountant and participate in the audit process.
- Reconciliation of our internal reporting per game with the accounting figures.
- Optimize accounting process as well as any internal process.
- Consolidate of all legal entities (France, Turkey) at year-end.
- Follow tax and social matters with the external accountant and our HR Manager
- Participate in day-to-day financial management for any request from external third parties (bank, legal, investor).
4/ Corporate Finance:
- Participate in due diligence for long-term financing projects or any M&A process.
- Participate in R&D grant and BPI funding projects.

Profile:
- You have an entrepreneurship spirit and are comfortable working in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
- You are adaptable, curious, proactive, innovative and enthusiast.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Economics, Business or Engineering (+4/5 years).
- At least 4 years of experience is required for this position, ideally in an audit/transaction/M&A firm or in management control in a finance department; You have good knowledge of social legislation conformity.
- You have excellent communication skills, appetite for human support.
- Fluent in French.
