Midlevel User Researcher

Paradox’s User Research team does user experience research for all our games, both developed and published by Paradox. As a midlevel User Researcher, you will be responsible for conducting a variety of research activities. Your research will support the decision-making of our game developers. Your work will be critical in helping us understand the needs and behaviours of our users. You will also get to take an active role in developing our methodology, testing environment, and help us build one of the best User Research teams in the industry. Our current UR team consists of eight people. About the role We are looking for a UI Programmer to join the UX team on Crusader Kings III. In this role you will be the bridge between design and game, turning UX concepts and UI art into interfaces that make CK3's deep systems feel inviting and clear to players.
